Pending- Your order is currently incomplete, awaiting payment.
Processing- Processing time is the time it takes to get your order ready to leave our warehouses. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Complete- Everything in your order has been packaged and sent to the provided shipping address.
Cancelled- This order has been cancelled.
For Bachchay Fulfilment Programme customers; Once you place your order, you have a period of 2 hours to cancel or amend an order, this doesn’t apply to special same day delivery. You can chat to us instantly, live anytime using our live chat window. In this case we will need a written confirmation for any cancellations or ammendment requests, hence you MUST fill out the form on the contact us page. Once the order has left our warehouse we cannot cancel or amend, this will have to be returned back.
Non Bachchay Fulfilment Programme customers must contact the seller directly for any amendments or to cancel an order.

If no one is available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address, the package will be returned to your local Royal Mail Sorting Office and a card will be left detailing how to arrange redelivery of your order or when your order will be ready for collection with details of the days and times the office will be open. You need to remember to take this card along with ID to the office when collecting.
Suitable ID – Driving licence, Passport or a payment card with your name on it. Someone else can collect on your behalf providing they have your ID with them and the delivery card. Why not provide a friend or neighbours address at the checkout if you are unsure you will be home.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “Forgot your password”. We’ll ask you to enter your email account and then immediately send you a new password.
After logging in using the new password, please go to “account dashboard” and click on change password.
To change an address under my account go to your account dashboard, under address book select edit address under the address you want to change.
To change a shipping address on the checkout page click on +New Address and enter the new address.
Log into your account and go to account dashboard then select edit under the email address.
Writing a review helps other customers know more about the products.
To write a review you must be signed into your account. Then you go to the product page and click on ‘Be the first to review this product’
You can sign up for our newsletter by checking the box next to 'Sign up for Newsletter' when you register for an account. You are not required to make a purchase.
You can add a card when you go to checkout on the review and payments page. Select pay by card and add a card, then enter the details and click save card.
You can change payment methods when you go to checkout on the review and payments page. Select any method listed or select pay by card and add a card, then enter the details and click save card.
Once your card or bank payment is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. If your card or bank payment is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we would recommend you contact your bank or card issuer to understand why they were unable to authorise the payment.
You can apply a coupon to your order when you are taken to checkout page. Select the coupon and click apply coupon to your order.
An order confirmation email will be sent to you after the order is placed. Alternatively log into your account and select order details and the receipt can be printed.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Your Statutory Rights
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after you have placed it. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You MUST be refunded within 14 days once the goods are received. You don’t have to provide a reason for the return.
Returning an item for a refund
Items may be returned for a full refund, as long as the item is received back to the seller in the same condition as it was sent. If the item is made-to-measure/ personalised, the customer can only cancel the order before it is shipped provided that the garment/ item hasn’t been altered or made yet.
If the customer wishes to return it for any reason they MUST inform the Seller:
- Within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Within 28 days if the item becomes faulty.
You will then be provided instructions on how to return the item and once the item is received back, your refund will be processed.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case the Seller will need to make arrangements to cover the return postage. If a customer cancels, any standard shipping charges paid to receive their purchase will be included as part of the refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returned goods are adequately packaged so it arrives back undamaged.
Returning an item for an exchange
Sellers are obliged to accept returns if the item arrives to the customer not in the condition that it was advertised in the listing.
What if the item is faulty or incorrect
If the Seller is at fault (e.g the item is faulty, or a different colour, style or material to that listed) they are obliged offer to cover the return delivery costs.
Bachchay Fulfilment Programme (BFP) Sellers
Bachchay offer a 28 day returns policy which starts from the day you receive your delivery. We will process your return and issue a refund after receiving the products back. We will notify you via email once we have processed your return, which can take up to 5 working days. Bachchay will deduct any liable fees which may be payable from your refund amount before making the refund back to you.
Only items of the same value can be exchanged.
Orders can be cancelled up until the point when they are marked as shipped.
Return of Bachchay Fulfilled Product(s) will incur a fixed fee of £2.75 per return. The return fee is applicable per parcel and not per item returned.
Some BFP sellers may offer FREE returns, please look at the product page under delivery and returns for eligibility.
How to make a Return
- Download your unique QR code to your mobile phone
- Take your parcel along with this code to the post office
- They’ll scan the QR code, print the label and fix it to your parcel
An Exchange order of any Bachchay Fulfilled Product(s) will be created using the same delivery method used for the original purchase. Once your item is returned, we will process the exchange and send you the replacement product.
If you are exchanging for a different size and/or colour, you will be charged if it cost more and refunded if it costs less.
All applicable Refunds will be made once the item is received back and can take between 5-10 working days.
Non BFP Sellers
Apart from your statutory rights, each seller has their own set of policies which will be clearly displayed on the product page under delivery and returns. This must be equivalent to or better than the statutory rights. Where there is no mention of any policy, the statutory rights will apply.

Bachchay.com deliver to any address in the UK including all of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and all of Scottish Highlands and Islands. In addition, we also ship internationally.
Below is the maximum rate, actual delivery rates vary depending on the weight of your item.
