Pending- Your order is currently incomplete, awaiting payment.
Processing- Processing time is the time it takes to get your order ready to leave our warehouses. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Complete- Everything in your order has been packaged and sent to the provided shipping address.
Cancelled- This order has been cancelled.
For products sold by Bachchay; Once you place your order, you have a period of 2 hours to amend an order, this doesn’t apply to special delivery. You can contact us anytime using our live chat window. However, in this case we will also need a written confirmation for any cancellations or ammendment requests, hence you MUST fill out the form on the contact us page. Once the order has left our warehouse we cannot cancel or amend, this will have to be returned back.
For Individual Seller's products you must contact the seller directly for any amendments or to cancel an order.
Once the order has been processed, depending on the shipping option you chose, you will receive an email with a link to track your item/order; showing you how long the shipping will take.

If no one is available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address, the package will be returned to your local Royal Mail Sorting Office and a card will be left detailing how to arrange redelivery of your order or when your order will be ready for collection with details of the days and times the office will be open. You need to remember to take this card along with ID to the office when collecting.
Suitable ID – Driving licence, Passport or a payment card with your name on it. Someone else can collect on your behalf providing they have your ID with them and the delivery card. Why not provide a friend or neighbours address at the checkout if you are unsure you will be home.
As a seller on the Bachchay website you have an option of becoming a member of the Bachchay Fulfilment Programme. That means we can store a certain amount of your goods in one or more of our Bachchay Fulfilment centres. Your items are then eligible for membership benefits, adding to their attraction for our online shoppers. If your item was lost or damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. If an item is missing in your shipping, allow a little time as some items may be delivered at different times. You will be notified by email once we have received your returned items, which will then be processed and a refund will be paid where applicable.
We understand sometimes you may change your mind about an item you have purchased and you can return these items in their original packaging and condition to the returns address provided by the seller within 14 days by law. Sellers time frame for returns may be longer - please check with the seller. If the seller doesn't specify a returns time frame, Bachchay policy will apply which states you have 28 days to return an unwanted item.
When returning to a seller you are liable to read the returns policy set by him under delivery and returns on the product page as each seller may have a different policy. However by law you have 14 days to return and under Bachchay's policy where the seller hasn't specified a returns policy, we give you a peace of mind for 28 days to return an item. Customer Returns of Bachchay Fulfilled Products are to be securely packed and left at the post office. For Bachchay Fulfilled Product returns, a flat return shipping fee of £2.75 per item will be charged.

Once your card or bank payment is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. If your card or bank payment is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we would recommend you contact your bank or card issuer to understand why they were unable to authorise the payment.

International sellers are liable for any duty tax, customs costs and MUST make sure to include all applicable costs into the face value of the item at the time of listing.
Direct selling from seller’s location
International Sellers can sell on their own too, you MUST remember to include all delivery charges within the face value of the items. However, RETURNS and exchanges MUST be done to a UK address, therefore the seller needs to make sure they have a UK address for any returns and exchanges. Commission is set at a flat rate of 10% across ALL products.
We do not charge any fees to list a product, we will only charge you commission on items you sell.

Payment can be declined for a number of reasons. Bachchay is a privately owned company and are not on any stock exchange.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after you have placed it. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You MUST be refunded within 14 days once the goods are received. You don’t have to provide a reason for the return.
Items may be returned for a full refund, as long as the item is received back to the seller in the same condition as it was sent. If the item is made-to-measure and/or personalised, the customer can only cancel the order before it is shipped provided that the item hasn’t been altered or made yet.
If the customer wishes to return it for any reason they MUST inform the Seller:

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case the Seller will need to make arrangements to cover the return postage.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returned goods are adequately packaged so it arrives back undamaged.
If the Seller is at fault (e.g the item is faulty, or a different colour, style or material to that listed) they are obliged to cover the return delivery costs.
Bachchay’s policy
Bachchay offer a 28 day returns policy which starts from the day you receive your delivery. We will process your return and issue a refund after receiving the products back. We will notify you via email once we have processed your return, which can take up to 5 working days. Bachchay will deduct any liable fees which may be payable from your refund amount before making the refund back to you.
Only items of the same value can be exchanged.
Orders can be cancelled up until the point they are marked as dispatched.
It is the customer's responsibility to return a product. Once the item is returned we will start to process the refund/exchange.
An Exchange order of any products sold by Bachchay will be created using the same delivery method used for the original purchase. Once your item is returned, we will process the exchange and send you the replacement product.
If you are exchanging for a different size and/or colour, you will be charged if it cost more and refunded if it costs less.
All applicable Refunds will be made once the item is received back and can take between 5-10 working days.
Apart from your statutory rights, each seller has their own set of policies which will be clearly displayed on the product page under delivery and returns. This must be equivalent to or better than the statutory rights. Where there is no mention of any policy, the statutory rights will apply.
